What is the Shelf life of tin of Hueys Hand Repair?
An unopened tin of Hueys will hold strong for two to three years if stored at a moderate temperature. If it smells good, it’s good. We don’t use synthetic stabilizers, so extreme temps—like freezing or high humidity—can mess with its consistency and scent. Keep it cool, and Hueys will be ready when you need it.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. All of our products are made in Salmo ,BC,Canada. Made with local and globally sourced products.

How can I make sure my Hueys stays fresh?
Keep the lid on when not in use. Keep it out of direct sunlight, when possible. Try to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Keeping your balm in a cool place is not necessary, but it will certainly help prolong the life of your balm.
Can I use Hueys Hand Repair on my face?
Yes, you can. Hueys Hand Repair is crafted with natural ingredients that are safe for use on the your whole body. However, since facial skin can be more sensitive, we recommend doing a patch test before applying it more widely. We hope to release face balms designed for the face in the near future.
If my Hueys Hand Repair freezes or melts, can I still use it?
Absolutely. Our balm can handle temperature changes. If it freezes, just let it return to room temperature, and if it melts, let it sit in room temperature to re-solidify. The consistencey may change after thawing or heating but the effectiveness remains the same.
How long will an opened tin last?
An opened tin of Hueys Hand Repair should last about 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place. Just make sure to keep the lid tightly closed to maintain its quality. If it smells good, it’s good.
